Where can we go at Easter with dd (5)?

Looking for some sun and a pool that is open (ok the water might not be warm!) ideally in a complex/group of villas so that dd can make some friends and splash about with them.

A villa/apartment is best because dd has severe allergies and we have to cook a lot, but ideally somewhere where there is a restaurant/bar that does food so that dh and I can relax a bit too. Because of the allergies I don't want to be half way up a mountain or too rural. Oh and I don't want to spend years getting there!

Please help! Does this magical place exist?!

Nerja (southern spain) is less than an hour from Malaga (nearest airport) we went in April last year and had v good weather (high 20's most of the fortnight). There are lots of urbanisations with villas and apartments about 5 mins drive from the town/ beach. Most have a few facilities - shop, cafe, restuarant, pool and nice gardens.
