Is there any snow around the peak district still?

Will head over for a bit of snowballing tomorrow as we must be the only place in the country to have been missed by the recent falls.

There is some on the higher hills but it's rock hard. I heard a mutter of snow soon though. I don't know how accurate this is.

Yeah some, but as scrooged says it is more compacted ice than snow, so it rather depends on how much you like the people you are taking....
