Majorca - Argus Car hire? Are they ok?

Anyone used this hire company? Never heard of them myself.

Have never used them but we hire a car every year in Majorca and so know that the website has been running for years - so they can't be too bad!

We used Autosroig in Majorca. They were excellent, there to personally meet us to hand over the car. Brand new car, and great quality car seats for dcs. Would recommend.

Never used Argus, so cant help there.

Yes we have used Argus - they were absolutely fine. They are an agent so they use local car hire companies - it was Solmar where we used them in the North of Spain.

Thanks Mrs Bartlet. Did you need car seats/ booster seats and if so were they decent ones?

Sorry hotpotmama, we didn't need car seats or boosters when we used Argus as my dcs were 7 and 10 then. I just took a couple of seatbelt adjusters in my hand luggage and fitted those to the car when we got it.
