hi we will be spending a couple of days in newport south wales in a week fews times just wondered if can one can tell me any thing good to do in the area for a 3 and 4 yr old many thanks

My kids love going to St Fagans - Museum of Welsh Life at Cardiff and IIRC it's free

I'd second St Fagans, and yes, it is free. Techniquest looks good, but it is Cardiff rather than Newport.

OH yes St. Fagans is great.Cardiff is really close anyway,hardly any distance at all by train so you could visit that one day maybe?
