My niece is on her gap year and had booked a teaching placement in Thailand with Frontier Travel. Apparently she has arrived and it is very much not what was promised and they are leaving.
Her details are sketchy at the moment but does anyone else have any experience of their DCs having problems with this company. Did they manage to get their money back?
They were featured on radio 4 recently as there had been complaints but DN rang them and was reassured that these were isolated incidents (of course)
