travel insurance when pg at 33 weeks

i will be 33 weeks when i travel to spain on a family holiday. i have filled in an e111. should i get travel insurance and has any one any recomendations as i assume it will be expensive to cover pg

You should definitely take out travel insurance, you would be stupid not to. E111, only covers certain treatments in certain hospitals and would not cover you if you needed to be repatriated.
As long as you have had no complications in pregnancy and are not over the airlines time limit for carriage during pregnancy, nearly all insurances will cover you at no extra cost.
