Am I mad to even consider going?

Can anyone give me any tips an where to stay, where not to stay or go, should I take a buggy for 3 year old?

I have the virgin brochure but there is so much info and choice, I just don't know where to start!

No you are not mad. We first went when no. 3 was 10 months and she had a great time. Went back the last two years when she has been 2 and 3 and everytime she has had a ball. There is sooooo much for them to see and do.
Yes take a buggy, alot of walking and in the summer it is very hot so they get tired.
I would definitely recommend a villa with a private pool. We don't stay out late at night because of the ages of our kids so I am able to cook for them and get them in bed so I can relax!( We have 4 kids) For past 3 years we have book flights and villa independently. Very easy to do and depending where you live, works out a bit cheaper.
If you go down the route of a villa, look for one 10mins or less from disney. This made a big difference to us at "hometime" with tired toddler and baby! I could go on and on as I'm Florida mad. Feel free to ask me rather than me bore you.
Post this on "longhaul travel" and you will get loads of advice.
