winter sun holiday recommendation needed for feb half term please

My husband and I have decided to take our two children away at feb half term for a family sun holiday. Can you recommend anywhere?
My children are 3 and 4 and love water (although not cold water so unheated swimming pool a no no!)

there has to be plenty to do for them as they are pretty active and drive us mad otherwise.
Please help.
