Relaxing first weekend in January - within an easy hour of airport

We are absolutely desperate for a little holiday, will be bringing baby (5 months by then ), hoping to have our first conversation in 5 months, get some sleep, eat delish food and maybe go for a nice walk.

Coming from Dublin, open to any suggestions.

1. Hotel Jodquellenhof, Bad Toelz, Bavaria (fly to Munich). Very baby friendly indeed. Lovely town, very Christmassy. Very nice water park and spa nearby, included in price.

1. Chilstone Park Hotel, Lenham, Kent. Romantic.
