3 car seats in Ford Focus

Hi, I can see from archives that there is mixed opinion but any advice appreciated. I currently have a Ford Focus and 2 DCs - age 4 and 2. DC3 is due this Friday. We didn't think it would be easy but thought there would be a car seat combination to fit 3 DCs in back of car. A frustrating trip to Mothercare resulted in no combination being suitable. Have spoken to traffic police who have advised that car seat can be placed in passenger seat as long as airbag is deactivated. Have spoken to Ford who can fit a deactivation device. Problem is that it is a company car and leasing company have policy not to allow this, even if we foot the bill. Company will allow me to change company car due to change in personal circumstances but I have to pay the termination fee on car contract which is over £1000 - which we just don't have at the moment.
So, I am back to looking for ay options to allow me to fit all 3 DCs in back of Focus. Does anyone have experience of this and if so what models do you have?
Currently have both DDs in stage 2 Mamas & Papas car seats but oldest can now fit in a booster seat. Also have a M&P rear facing baby seat but happy to change any of these as long as we can get the fit.
All advice much appreciated.

We have a new mark Focus with a high backed booster (Rodi) and a stage 0 baby seat in the back and I honestly cannot see how there would be space for a booster as well, which is what I assume you would need as extra to me.

I have managed to get a high backed booster and 2 normal boosters in the back, but not sure there would be space for anything else. I believe that the new Focuses are wider than the old style ones also, though I could be wrong on that. The baby seat takes up so much room! Nightmare, isn't it?

Sorry, re-reading your OP you would need a baby seat, a forward facing toddler seat and then a booster (high backed?) I cannot imagine how you would manage that, DS has not long come out of a toddler seat and they are huge comparatively to boosters.

Did leasing company say why they wouldn't allow deactivation, even if it is activated again on return?

here's a tip from a previous thread, from misdee: britax eclipse in the middle, because it's narrow with a high seat, the others should then fit either side.

Do you have a list of other company cars available, is it limited? You might not have much choice...

Thank you v. much for comments. Will check out the recommendations from misdee. Leasing company are being unreasonable as far as I am concerned. They say they will not allow deactivation device as will be turning off a safety feature. Device will allow airbag to be turned on and off by me and is safety recommendation of police that turned off to allow child to travel in front!

We currently have 3 in the back of our Focus. The only way we could do it was to ditch our original baby seat and get one called britax rock-a-tot. Mothercare were useless, but in an independent shop in London the woman there told us she'd found it's the narrowest one for a newborn.
It's a pain to do, but they fit - just!

Happy New Year! Great to hear that it is possible to fit three car seats! Notanickname, could you possibly let me know how old your Focus is, which car seats you've got and lastly the name of the shop in London? Sorry about all these questions, it's just that I had much rather buy three new car seats than a whole new car!
