Christmas trip for 6 plus baby?

My family and I are hoping to get away for Christmas, either in Europe or UK, following the death of our mother.

Has anyone got any good ideas?

So far, we've got a trip to Rome for about £1800 for us all but they haven't got a cot for the baby!

Sorry to hear about your mother. i don't blame you for wanting to go away at christmas. Have you thought of Lanzarote? We are planning to go for a few days just before christams. Should get nice weather and you can relax on the beach. I think Easyjet flies there direct.

Sun would be nice!
