Things to do in Copenhagen over a long weekend with a 2.5 year old?

We're taking DS to Copenhagen in December for a long weekend. We're planning on going to the Tivoli Gardens, but does any one else have any top toddler recommendations for things to do in Copenhagen that we should try out?

Thanks all - these recommendations look great. Really looking forward to the trip - we last went to Copenhagen when I was pregnant with DS (now pregnant with DS2) so all very nostalgic for me. Will definitely give Cafe Ketchup a go!
