Am taking my children, aged 10, 8, 5, 3 and 1, to London tomorrow and wanted to visit a museum or two (they are free aren't they??) - can anyone tell me whether the Science or the Natural History museum is better for preschoolers? I am sure my 10 and 8 yo's will love both, but I want to make sure the other three have a good day out too.

Fab choice. Both are great - loads to do in Science museum, but the animals and dinos go down well in the NH. I think you can move between the two, but not sure. Get there early if you can - less busy, also take some food. An alternative or extra is the Princess D memorial playground [not water feature] with pirate ship.... in kensington gardens, esp. if sunny like today.
