Anyone been to Porto?

DH and I are off there for a long weekend. Anyone with advice/recommendations please?

I went twice years ago and it was brilliant. You can get very drunk at the free tours of the port houses. The bars lining the river are brilliant. If you have enough time, a train trip along the river into the Port growing area is beautiful. I remember having fantastic food everywhere I went, sitting outside bars by the river and just generally having a fab time. Sorry I can't remember any details. I think I found the Cadogan guide the most helpful at the time. We had that and the Rough Guide and best restaurants which we found were the ones in the Cadogan guide. Wish I coudl come too.....

Just remembered I also enjoyed a trip to the STock Exchange. I'm getting excited now on your behalf!
