Its my Dad's 70th in June and he wants to go to Nice as it has lots of happy memories for him. As a surprise we are going to fly over for his actual birthday and surprise him. I'm looking for a really special hotel and also a restaurant. it doesn't have to be in the same place. I'd like a really atmospheric restaurant, maybe over looking the water. has anyone got a great find they could recommend? much appreciated if you have.
