They both look fantastic Xena

Any more ideas?
I want a list I can show everyone and then we can all pick together (hopefully we all agree!)

Crealy is great for all. Has a couple of rides etc, but also nice grounds etc. My 10 yo and 6 yo loved The Eden project. They also loved Heligan (which is a garden), has the plus of having a lovely cafe/resturant. Padstow is great for a day out speed boat rides. Ferry to Rock (beach). I don't like Newquay Zoo, but the blue reef aquariam was good (small by others standards) THe Maize mazes are also good.. again the one at Padstow imo is the best.

I like Portreath.

(Bit of a trek from Par though).

We went to the Creally adventure park in Devon (sister park in Cornwall) and we were surprised how good it was.

It's not reallt a theme park at all as teh rides are very gentle, there was a good playground, all different little bridges across a river, lots of things for little kids and LOADS of animals. That's what made it - all teh animals. And most of them had babies when we were there. You can pet, touch and feed them with salad bags. Don;t rule it out. A lovely day out for primary aged kids and younger.

Another really good idea!

Anymore??

Oh my goodness, someone has mentioned where I live - and I thought we were under the radar! Days out... yesterady we went to Flambards for a birthday party. Not too bad, and you can use those Tesco Days Out vouchers for half price entry too. There are rides, soft play areas and also the exhibition centres (Victorian village, Britain in the Blitz etc)

Springfields pony centre is also meant to be very good but haven't ventured there recently

well I have been and had a fab time - inspite of the weather not being brilliant although I can't complain - we did only manage 2 days on the beach and it being a long way.
