Summer cruise warm but not boiling?

Wonder if I'm looking for a unicorn here. We are considering a cruise next year (2 adults+ 2 teens) but am concerned about summer temps in Europe! We've been going to Scandinavia, Germany, Austria past few years and enjoyed warm temperatures but nothing like the temps Spain and France were hitting this summer. DD in particular hates being too hot and still talks about when it reached 30° in Austria! Any cruise itinerary recommendations for summer 2027 where we won't just be exhausted trying to enjoy the port days in temperatures of 30+? We've done a lot of Scandinavia so probably not the Norwegian Fjords, much as I'd like to do them someday. Maybe just need to accept that we'll need to go in shoulder seasons if we don't want to be sweltering?

What’s your budget per person?

What about the Baltic?

Budget wise, likely to be looking at max £1500pp.

I did a Baltic cruise in the latter half of July and it was warm but not like hell. I don't like it hot.

We did a circumnavigation of Iceland with Celebrity in July. It was spectacular! T-shirt and jeans sort of weather. Best time of year for whale-watching.
