Relaxing nurturing spa break needed, any suggestions?

I am recently bereaved and coupled with a house move I'm completely exhausted. I'm looking for a three/four day solo spa break. I really want somewhere where I'm looked after so lovely treatments, comfy bed and yummy food. I'm in the Midlands but prepared to travel for somewhere lovely. I wondered if anyone had any suggestions.

Hoar cross hall 100%. I've been twice, have a look and let me know if you have any questions

Ragdale everytime. I think (but will be corrected!) they have lunch/ dinner table for single guests wanting company but very much up to you if you'd prefer to be alone. Sorry for your loss

Thank you. It's been a hard few months and I just want a bit of peace and quiet and pampering.

The staff at Ragdale are great - if people are being noisy in quiet areas they will nip it in the bud even if you have to ask. It's not cheap but the beds are super comfy

The Regent spa in Long Eaton, 10/10

Aqua Sana spas at centre parcs, 9/10

The Belfry Hotel in Nottingham, 4/10 but if you add treatments (specifically the scalp massage), I’d rate it a 6/10,
