Warm winter holiday all inclusive with heated pool. Recommendations?

DH & I want to go abroad on holiday for 2 weeks at the end of Feb/beginning of March.

We need somewhere warm, all inclusive & with a (guaranteed) heated pool that's not a long haul flight away from UK.

We've looked at the Canary Islands, but I'm worried it won't be a) warm enough or b) have a heated pool as lots of the hotels don't heat their pools in the winter season?

We don't want to go to Turkey with the current unrest in the area.

Egypt?

There won’t be too many places that aren’t long haul which are warm at that time of year … even turkey doesn’t really warm up until the end of May.
Maybe Egypt or Cape Verde?
You might get lucky but it isn’t guaranteed.

There is no unrest in Turkey and it’s not hot in February/March.

Dubai! Not for everyone but we enjoyed the pool and the beach in the winter. Flight is overnight so doesn't seem too long

I went to Hurghada in Egypt in Feb. It was mid twenties every day and 1 of the pools was heated.

Egypt hotels don’t always heat pools so you will need to check,

temps are similar to the canaries to be honest.

Oman. The pool chillers will be off but heating not needed.

You will struggle. I've been to all the Canary Islands around the time you mentioned and it was not that hot, and it was raining in some places etc. We had severe weather warning in Gran Canaria last year etc.
Turkey is going to be even colder.
I personally wouldn't rush to Egypt/Cape Verde but some people like it.
If you change your mind about long haul I would recommend Caribbean, pick your island. I particularly liked Antigua and Curacao.

I’ve been to Egypt at least 15 times and have always had good weather by end Feb/early March so would obviously recommend it. Do you like snorkelling? I have a favourite hotel, Fort Arabesque on Makadi Bay which is great for snorkelling. Their main pool is heated to 30C. But there are plenty of hotels to choose from with heated pools, just check reviews and the hotel description looking for the magic word. (Beware of reviews by animation team members.) In my experience many Canary hotels heat the pools to 22/24…not enough. In general higher starred hotels are more likely to heat them well.

Mexico is lovely in feb.
