Any suggestions?
Could do long haul but shorter flight would be easier
Don't want to spend a silly amount of money

Western France, Normandy (amazing beaches), The alps - (Eastern France/ N Italy / Switzerland/ Bavaria) amazing in the summer - hot days, cool evenings.

Western Isles of Scotland are fantastic (we live near Skye) and weather can be fantastic, but is not guaranteed!

Have you looked at M and Mines fave website?

TheBlonde · 29/06/2008 07:52

not too hot (well I'd like to get a tan but the kids and DH will burn)
no clue on budget, looked at 1 week in Lanza and it was around £2K
we were going to do Sweden but I'm not doing plane, long drive, ferry etc for just a week
