Tuscany beach resort with gym

Hi,
can anyone please recommend a beach resort in Tuscany, with a decent gym on site and good restaurants nearby, for a few days for 2 adults, flying home from Florence.

We are Italy virgins, going late May for a wedding and planning to hang around afterwards for some chill out time.

Take a look in Forte dei Marmi. There are hotels there with gyms/wellness centres.
