We went to the BlueBay Palace hotel in Corralejo, Fuerteventura in May and it was fab. Lovely hotel, nice food, swimming pools, kids club & entertainment (apparently, our 14 month old wasn't up to it!), very near beach, walking distance to town - which is a family oriented rather than a clubbing resort. There is also a water park in town (Baku) which we didn't go to, but apparently is good for kids. Transfer from airport is only 30 minutes too.
