What is the most luxury Caribbean cruise for adults and children?

When you say luxury what do you mean? Children and luxury often opposing things! Do you want actual 5* luxury, or do you want lots of activities for the kids etc?

It depends on what you describe as luxury. You could look at Disney. All of the 5 star cruise lines I don’t think are suitable for kids. They can go but there won’t be activities for them. If it were me, and I don’t know you so with that in mind, I’d go with Royal Caribbean and spend on a good suite if you are looking for something different. You can also book the premium restaurants if the buffet and main dining room aren’t your thing.

I agree that luxury and family friendly do not really exist as far as cruising is concerned.

From what I understand Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection is supposed to be amazing. I think they take children from 4. The website says they take children from 6 months: Are children permitted to sail with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection?
Families exploring the world together are welcome aboard The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection welcomes children at least six months of age at the time of sailing. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21 years old. On voyages with three or more consecutive days at sea, the minimum age for children is one year of age. There is no age limit for the tender service taking our guests ashore.

I have family working on this cruise line. It’s not sailed with passengers yet in Europe. Prices start at £10k per person. Super luxury!
