I booked Qatar for my daughters 4th birthday in April.

i don’t think that will go ahead now.

what are the best resorts in Mallorca, Marbella, Greece that is 5* all inclusive , outstanding kids club with a spa?

Does it need to still be travelling in April? Mallorca, Marbella and the Greek islands won’t be fully open by then, most hotels will either be closed or running on reduced facilities. If you could push it to May, weather in Greece should be nice, chains such as IKOS/Sani or Grecotel would likely fit the bill.

You won't often get 5-star — as in proper 5-star, flunkeys in waistcoats, cocktails made from scratch with premium spirits, a la carte dining with fillet steak, as you might find in some parts of the world — combined with all-inclusive, at least in Spain. The economics of scale are hard to make work, plus the kind of people who can drop €1000 per night for a double room tend not to want an AI offer because they can also afford €22 for a bellini and €140 per head for the tasting menu.

About the only place close to that level in Majorca is the Ikos in Portopetro (where one of the dining options is a meal in a local restaurant, which is a nice touch), but the beach is nothing to write home about. And in April the sea will be cold, although the hotel does have a pool. There are several Ikoses in Greece too.

Otherwise Iberostar Selection is pretty good, but the kinds of people I have known who frequent only 5-star places might not consider it quite up to their standards.

My suggestion is the (Marriott Bonvoy luxury collection) Domes Zeen Chania resort in Crete.

It has a spa and a Montessori nursery and is very much considered a family resort.

Last year we stayed at the other Domes Noura resort, but called in at the Domes Zeen and they showed us around in golf carts. The guests seemed to be mostly from the USA (the Marriott is an American brand) but we did see children in the pools, unlike where we were staying:

I think you may also be able to book a package with British Airways? However, we flew with Easyjet and booked directly with the hotel.

Good Luck!

For outstanding kids clubs look at Scott Dunn. I used them for years when DD was younger and they are all in very nice properties. Sun gardens in Croatia, Pine Cliffs in Portugal etc have a look.
