tips for lively toddler and baby

Any tips for making things easier or ideas for outings? DS1 is 2 1/2 DS1 is 2 months. Have double buggy but DS1 not keen, wants to walk.
Used to take DS1 to soft play / swimming etc but now difficult with both. Trip to park ok - but cold this time of year. Any suggestions please?

Do you have a library or a shopping centre near you? We have been visiting both (ds1 2 3/4, ds2 6 months). We go to the ELC or other toy shop in the shopping centre, have baked potato and baked beans for lunch and I can feed ds2 at the same time.
