Holiday inspiration... 2 room AI accommodation

Time to book a holiday and my brain is stuck! We are looking for early July, up to 10 hour flight, and ideally want somewhere with with AI and two separate bedrooms. We usually go to Liberty Lykia in Oludeniz but I feel we should branch out a bit and try somewhere new but I dont want to mess up and get it wrong, eapecially as its my 50th! Any suggestions of places you've loved please? X

We've had good experience of Barcelo hotels in the canary islands.

Two bedroom bungalow accommodation which gives independence if you want to go out/ cook (as there is a small kitchen with fridge and cooker hob). You can also use all the hotel facilities for meals as AI is available. There is also a pool based and craft activities timetable which you can join in as much or as little as you want (not noisy stuff but plenty for kids and adults alike) The bungalow accommodation is just across the road from the hotel main building but also next to the beach. We found that around our accommodation was very quiet too. Also great if you love cats as the hotel has several it looks after.

Grecotel Marine Palace in Crete. We love it because it’s not in the middle of nowhere - we can get out and go to shops, cafes etc… sunbed wars and plenty for the dc to do.
