All-inclusive recommendations

I’ve spent ages trawling through holiday sites looking for a holiday and thought I’d pop here to ask for advice or recommendations.

We’re a family of 4 (4 year old daughter and 6 year old son) and we’re looking an AI that preferably has a separate sleeping area for the kids. We happily let them stay up late on hols but I know if we’re all sharing a room they won’t settle properly. Some places offer a suite with 2 rooms (££££) and some have a living space with a sofa bed or 2. We’d also like for it to have slides, suitable for their ages.

We’ll be going in June (yes, taking them in term time for a week) and have a budget of around £3.5k but SO many places coming up a lot more.

Any places you’ve been to and would recommend send them my way!

Maybe Village Heights Crete? It's quite laid back with an AI option and you can get a 2 bedroom apartment. It's reasonably priced and child friendly. Downsides are that it's not on the coast and not near anything else.

Edited to add: BA and EasyJet do packages there

Try...

Koala Gardens Gran Canaria
Abora interclub Atlantic Gran Canaria
Landmark Costa Los Gigantes Tenerife
Europa Fergus Club, with Magnus upgrade Majorca
Blue sea aloe Fuertaventa

Or any of the holiday villages.

Royal Son Bou in Menorca

3HB Clube Humbria in Portugal is a great AI family friendly place

CrazyCatMam · 15/01/2026 06:21

Search for aparthotels. Usually these were previously self-catering apartments and they're now offering all-inclusive as an option e.g. Golden Avenida Family Suites in Salou.

Also they looking at Holiday Villages. The one in Turkey has separate sleeping areas (if you book a suite).

TUI Blue are usually cheaper than holiday villages, so also worth a look.

We have stayed at other 3HB properties and can recommend but not stayed at this one and may not be achievable within the price in June unless flying from a southern airport.

How about a hotel with a water park nearby?

We stayed at two hotels in Majorca when ours were slightly younger than yours the Bonaire and one in Puerto Pollenca (the restaurant or canteen was mad and food a bit repetitive and not brilliant so we had a few meals off site for a break for the adults). The kids had a fantastic time but asked for maybe a quieter less mad hotel the following year lol.

Think lots of hotels in Turkey are big with waterparks.

Its all about balance and compromise.

Paloma oceana in turkey has great family rooms , they are duplicate rooms but with only 1 entrance door then a separate entrance within the suite to the other bedroom , they have their own bathroom and tv , just a mirror image of the main bedroom but with the added security of 1 door , if you get what I mean .

We stayed at the Protur Safari Park hotel in Sa Coma Majorca last summer and I would highly recommend. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony, small kitchen area and two sofa beds in the lounge. It's a big complex, several pools including a small splash pool and also across the road is a waterpark (you have to pay extra but there's a decent discount if you're staying all inclusive at one of the Protur hotels). Kids club and evening entertainment were great, food was good too. They completely renovated the hotel before reopening last year so it all looked lovely. There are also lots of sports facilities and a spa (which we didn't use), also only 10-15 min walk from the beach.

Pretty sure it would be in your budget in June.

Magic Robin Hood near Benidorm. It's lodges not a hotel. 2 bedroom lodges have a double bed in one room and bunks in the other. Short flight to Alicante

Namechange546 · 15/01/2026 13:22

If you are going before the schools break up, Magic Natura in Costa Blanca might be in your budget. They have 2 room lodges. There's a water park and wildlife park on site as well as pools on the main resort.

DemonsandMosquitoes · 15/01/2026 18:02

Pine Bay Resort, Kusadasi. The only place we ever went twice. Inter connecting rooms, it’s own beach and a water park on site with two fantastic ones a short ride away.

We’re going to Marsenses Ferrera Blanca hotel in Cala D’Or - Majorca.

Apartment with 1 bedroom, small kitchenette, bathroom, lounge with sofa bed and a terrace with table and chairs.
Can get B&B or All Inclusive.
Kids pool with slides etc for younger kids. Great entertainment team.
5/10 mins walk to beach, shops etc. Further 10 mins into the main centre of town and marina. Landtrain that runs the whole way too.

Have been once just DH and I and now visiting with DC ☺️ know others that have also been more recently than us and love it.

Paid £3100 for a week AI at the end of June

Sounds like you want the place we went to last year. Occidental Torremolinos Playa. It’s a 4 star. It was really good, the food and drinks were decent too we went all inclusive. There’s a few slides with little splash park area, 2 big pools that are beach style entry so are shallow. We had a room with a separate living area that had sofa bed for the kids. The only draw back is that there isn't a lot around. We got a taxi into the main resort a couple of times though. It’s also really close to the airport at Malaga.

We were just under £3.5k for 2 adults 2 kids 10 nights for flights and hotel booked separately. End of June into July, we flew out 2 days before the Scottish schools finished for summer so most of our stay was in the school holidays. Booked direct on hotel website, they often do discount code offers and flights with Ryanair including 3 big cases.

Muchtoomuchtodo · 15/01/2026 18:25

Residence rooms at the Arum Barut hotel. You get a double room, a twin room and a living room. It’s couple of years since we’ve been so not sure how close to your budget it will be. Lovely hotel though.

I’d recommend the TUI sensatori hotels. Our favourites are Crete and Turkey (Fethiye). Both are AI, slides and entertainment ideal for your ages and family rooms with a bedroom and a second lounge or bedroom.

We went to aqua land in Corfu last summer, rooms partitioned so separate sleeping area, wave pool in the hotel and attached to the water park which was incredible for all ages, had free child's places with TUI and found it wasn't that expensive

Pineapplewaves · 16/01/2026 13:26

TUI El Trebol, Costa Tequise, Lanzarote
TUI Blue Flamingo Beach, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
