Hotel in Valletta

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel in Valletta? It's just for me and DH, no kids. We're going in late Feb, so don't need a pool. The most important things are that it's quiet and comfortable (particularly the beds!) and in a good location for sightseeing, so nothing too far out. Min 3* rating, preferably higher. TIA

We liked The Cumberland

The Phoenicia is supposed to be fab if budget allows.

We stayed at The Excelsior last time. It was very nice. Has an indoor pool as well as outdoor so still usable in Feb if you fancy a dip.

We stayed at Paulo's Valletta, small but nice and convenient for sightseeing in Valletta. Much cheaper than Phoenecia or Excelsior, obviously not as luxurious, not sure where your budget lies.
