Last minute holiday

Budget approx 3k per person. Couple in our early 40s

Want white sands and clear ocean, swimming pool, close to or on the beach and with reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Ideally dont want to pay £100-150 for dinner every night

Which island and/or resort would suit us?

The Hilton Barbados resort leaving on Saturday Jan 3rd is available in our budget but some of the reviews have made me pause!

This TUI all inclusive in Mexico seems to fit the bill!
