Ferry from Croatia to Venice

Has anyone taken a ferry from Rovinj or Pula to Venice? It’s quite pricey and a bus / train is much more economical. However it does look like an impressive way to arrive - is it worth forking out?

We did it by catamaran from Rovinj, which did stop at Pula en route. It left about 0530, I think. It was a day trip organised theough our Travel Company.

We did the catamaran from Pula to Venice. Most of the trip is going very slowly though the Venice Lagoon as there are speed restrictions. I think it left Pula around 8pm. Lovely trip all told
