Luxury villas 2026??

My Family and I are planning our summer holidays and think we might like to try a luxury villa this year instead of a hotel.

I'm hoping to get ideas from all you lovely lot of where you’ve stayed and what there is to do locally.

we are a family of 4, kids are 13 and 15
will want 3 bed minimum plus def 2 bathrooms, private pool and bbq area
we might have friends stay so also open to a fourth bedrooms
Location near a beach and village or town with a bit of life, more chic and relaxing with nice restaurants than loud bars or clubs
dont mind which country as we are open minded, I think I fancy Greece but again I don’t know much about the islands.
budget is around £10k max for 10 days to 14 days
