2 full days in Iceland?

Does this work…
Arrive late Thursday evening
Friday guided tour of Geysir Geothermal park, Gullfoss Waterfall, Thingvellir national park followed by evening (5pm-10pm) at Sky Lagoon with dinner there.
Saturday city sightseeing, museums etc
Sunday afternoon fly home.

Any recommendations for Sunday morning activities as flight not til 4pm? Recommendations for hotels or B&Bs in Reykjavik?
Restaurant recommendations?

Thank you!

The Midgardur Hotel in Reykjavik is lovely and in a good location.
The bus tour of the Golden Circle is ok but very rushed. I'd rather hire a car and see each place at my own pace.
Fly Over Iceland is really good.
Loki restaurant for lovely Icelandic food, it's near the Hallgrímskirkja.
We loved a harbour cruise to see the northern lights.

We spent 2 weeks in Iceland last summer and, apart from Perlan, found Reykjavik pretty underwhelming. I guess it depends whether you are a town or country person at heart. In summer I'd rather spend the day seeing the south coast or Snaefelsness (? spelling). Perlan was definitely worth a half day. We went at the end of our trip but thought it would have been better to go first as it would have added insight to other experiences.
