Weird one - partners mum bought Orlando universal tickets 3 year ago, was unable to use them for whatever reason, his cousin emailed customer service saying whatever and they’ve said no refund but they’ll open end the tickets so they can use it on a next return, but since they have fell out with their cousin due to whatever reason, can his mum somehow claim them tickets back or a refund from them because it ain’t right

3 year ago, partners mum bought tickets to universal Orlando whatever it’s called, couldn’t use them for whatever reason, his cousin emailed customer service, no refund use tickets whenever, no one speaks to her, she is now going to Florida with friends, has not paid for the tickets to universal, can his mum claim them back somehow so she can’t use them

I have no idea what you’re saying, but if your partner’s mum has the tickets then the cousin presumably can’t use them. I’d be surprised if they let her in just with an email from customer service without the original tickets.

I’m really struggling on how to make it clearer because that to me is clear - partners mum bought tickets, cousin emailed CS on behalf, said cousin now has tickets (was meant to ask for refund but instead said they can return anytime) , can partners mum claim them back somehow or would CS not have given the tickets but simply just stated they can return anytime?

The tickets are non-refundable. They were sold as such and will remain as such. Your boyfriend’s mother should not have let them out of her sight. She has pretty much given cash away. Universal are not going to change the policy because grown adult family members are not speaking to one another. That’s ridiculous.
