Anxiety over leaving 3 year old

I want to go and visit my friend in Greece. We've planned a 4 night trip. But I'll have to leave my three year old and 11 year old (big age gap) with their dad. Suddenly feeling really anxious about this. Is this really irresponsible? Anyone been through anything similar?

They will be with dad.
What's the concerns?

I don't know just that maybe an accident will happen and I'll have left them and feel so guilty. Lots of scenarios run through my mind. Just feel like it might be too much for him.

Well either their father is a useless liability who can’t keep them safe. Or he’s a good dad, they’ll have a great time bonding as will you with your mate and you’re being totally irrational about the whole thing. Only you know which.

Don’t they go to school/nursery without you around all day? Has 11 year old never done a residential with school? Obviously - their dad is an idiot! Of course they will be ok.
