Villa Ideas for Summer 26

Hello, we are looking for recommendations for a villa holiday for 9 people (4 adults, 5 children) for next Summer (school holidays).

We seem to be struggling!

Here is our criteria:

Air con
Pool (at least 14m)
Close to a nice village/town for cafes/bars
Close-ish to a beach
BBQ, decent size outdoor seating area
Good reviews
Any European resort

Budget approx £8k

I've booked a similar villa just outside Alicante - on Airbnb

Can highly recommend Costa Brava in Spain, we have stayed at this villa in Begur (fly to Girona). Have booked other villas with Haven on Earth and always been good service, so if you are interested in this lovely region then worth checking out their website.
