Hi, we're thinking of booking a week on the broads later this year and I'm hoping that someone could give us some idea of where to go? We're going with our 5yr old so any ideas gratefully received

Thanks

The Broads are fab. Would recomend you take a gander at this website. Mainly people who own their own boats on the Broads, but are very friendly and give honest reviews on things. Not many threads on waht to do with small children, but many threads on what pubs are good! Are also very knowledgable in what hire boats are best, even have a review section of them.

Wroxham Barns has a small petting farm, and isn't too far from the Moorings in Wroxham. Bewilderwood is fantastic and walkable from Horning moorings, although not sure how busy it'll be if you go Summer. I'm sure someone can recomend things to do in the Southern Broads, my knowledge is more Northern based

Oh, and start freezing the end crusts of bread / stale ends near to when you go. You can never have enough duck bread!!
