hello
Looking to travel down from Scotland and spend a couple of nights somewhere with DC 7, 5 and 2.
Within reasonable driving distances are Chester Zoo, Alton Towers, West Midlands Safari, Knowley Safari Park..looking to use Tesco vouchers. Which safari is best? and what do we think of Drayton Manor?? I know Alton Towers is mainly geared fro older kids but would they still enjoy?????
TIA

Chester Zoo is good for a full day out, so you get plenty of entertainment for your money. Think the DC are too young to really enjoy Alton Towers - also they aren't going to be too patient queueing for rides at that age. Drayton Manor now has Thomas Land if any of the kids are into that.

There is more to do at Chester Zoo than at Knowsley for a full day. You can spend all day at the zoo and not see everything. The safari park does however have a mini funfair for younger children which my dd (3) loved. Not sure you could spin it out to a whole day though...
