Most disappointing destination/holiday - part 2

The first thread filled up to max posts without me realising. But I was loving reading everyone’s comments as it’s really helping me streamline my travel bucket list!

Bulgaria. We like to travel around and it was quite tricky to get between different parts of the country. Also saw multiple instances of swastika graffiti 😞

Malaga! Found the city boring, unfriendly and the main stretch of beach was incredibly dirty. There seemed to be a huge amount of poverty. We were only there for 4 days but I couldn’t wait to get home

I was in Malaga in February - our experience was nothing like that.

Athens. What a shithole.

Egypt. Just awful.

Marseille. Felt unsafe about 90% of the time.

Brussels. Dull.

Fethiye - prefer Greece to Turkey in every possible way
