Amsterdam....Upside Down or Wondr Museum

Has anyone been to either of these? We only have time for one and I'm wondering which one is better for a family of five (kids aged 10 to 14).

Can I suggest another option? The museum.of illusions is fantastic and even has an upside down room amongst other things.

Went recently and chose this over UDM, no regrets

Just came back from trip there. Also went to the dutch resistance museum, would recommend- v interesting.
Book online for discount on the walk up price.

We also went to the MOCO modern art museum but was smaller than I thought and a bit of a rip off.

Illusion museum was best by far!
