Calais to Beekse Bergen

We're going to be driving from Calais to Beekse Bergen this Summer.
It looks fairly straight forward but I wondered if anyone had recent experience of ULEZ type restrictions to be aware of.
Are there any hidden gem stopping places?
We wondered about doing a short visit to Antwerp. It looks like there's a park and ride. Has anyone used it?
For a day trip from Beekse Bergen we were looking at Kinderdijk for the windmills/boat trip.
Any other ideas please?

The tram that serves the Park and Ride is good and the tram will cover all the central parts of Antwerp that you might wish to visit.

You could stop en route at Plopsaland. It’s hardly any detour at all.

Not exactly but we do this drive a lot and there is this unexpectedly long stretch of road without services. Depends on your family setup, pets etc but what works well for us is not stopping at all Calais -> final destination. One person drives the UK side, stop for a wee / drinks / food / whatever at the Eurotunnel (we sometimes get the + fare for access to the magic buffet) and then the other person drives the European leg. Same in reverse on the way home.

Other random recommendation is De Financien restaurant - pancakes and soft play with a giant outdoor area, not far from Beekse Bergen.
