DH wanted to go on holiday this year to Europe. I wasn’t keen due to not coping very well in the heat. He insisted the accommodation he booked had air con. Well guess what? It doesn’t. The temperature there now is 37 in the day and 21 overnight and still climbing. Last year in August it was over 40 in the day. We are staying in a Eurocamp style place. We obviously can’t take an air con unit with us and I’ve contacted the park and they can’t move us/provide us with a unit. I’ve tried to find someone in the local area who rents them out but no luck. Am I missing anything? Am I just going to have to suck it up and melt the whole time?!
