Recommendations for south coast caravan park holiday

I was recommended seal bay resort in selsey but it looks like it’s shingle.
can anyone recommend a holiday, caravan park around this area with a sandy beach like Bournemouth or wittering. Ideally accommodation very close to the beach, with a water park, crazy golf, soft play and that kind of thing 🫣

Camber Sands Holiday Park, East Sussex | Parkdean Resorts sounds like it has everything that you're looking for

Thorness bay, isle of wight

I think there’s a good one called Rockley Park.
Selsey is still nice, and West Wittering beach is really close.

Another vote for Rockley Park.

I did look at Rockley Park but wasn’t sure what the beach was like. Have you been and if so is it like a normal sandy beach or more of a harbour?

Dangerous swimming from the rather narrow beach at Rockley Park as there are very strong currents. For instance https://www.itv.com/news/meridian/2023-01-06/teen-who-died-saving-family-from-drowning-at-haven-holiday-park-was-an-accident and there have been near misses before this.

It's very close to Sandbanks and Bournemouth however, where there are lovely beaches, or you can take the chain ferry from Sandbanks over to Shell Bay and Studland.
Have you thought about Weymouth? The beach there is fantastic and there is a Haven Holiday park. Or Swanage - Ulwell Holiday Park for instance?

Hoburne Naish was lovely, I thought. It’s right next to a beach but can’t quite remember if it was sandy - there are definitely sandy beaches nearby though.

I'm not sure about the Crazy Golf etc but this is an excellent location right on a sandy beach, Avon Beach in Christchurch. Sandhills

Another negative to reinforce the Rockley Park decision, although you are so near to the fab beaches of Bournemouth, Sandbanks and Studland - the hassle of actually getting to them in high summer can be a nightmare. I know this as we had a holiday home in Rockley for a few years.
I stayed at Sandhills years ago and it was very pleasant - right overlooking the prom between Avon Beach and Mudeford Quay, Avon Beach was very nice and you can get a little ferry boat across to Mudeford dunes where the land train goes from Hengistbury Head.
Dsis and I took our young dc there and had a very nice traditional seaside holiday.
