Anyone flown to Faro recently?

I keep seeing on tiktok that queues for passport control for Brits are sometimes over 3 hours long! Longer than the flight from London.
Really hoping this won't be the case this weekend...

Anyone with RL recent experiences?

It was about 90 mins last month during Easter.

My DS flew there and back last Mon-Sat and he said there were no problems at all.

Both flights from/to London were exactly on time.

Not helpful but I was there last May during May half term and no problems at airport. Bon voyage!

Check how many flights are landing at Faro with similar times to your own, that should give you a fair idea of how busy it will be. It's BH weekend so it will definitely be busy with flights from UK.

My DD flew into Faro on Monday evening with no problems

We were too. It was chaos! It took well over an hour to get through. Not 3 though, thankfully.

There’s another thread on this in chat, and yes, apparently it’s chaos. It was last summer too so be prepared.
