Hi thinking of booking for a few nights in August: two kids 6 and 3 is it as nice as it looks?! Anyone been recently ? Thanks

We haven't been to that one but have been to a couple of the other LFH hotels, probably about 10 years ago when my kids were babies. They were really wonderful, provided a much needed break as we don't have family help for sitting etc... And nice food and settings and interiors. Pricey but felt like a treat.

My daughter went there last year with her husband and two sons age 7 and 5. Absolutely loved it and worth every penny. There is so much for the children to do there. They’ve also visited another LFH hotel in the New Forest and likewise found it just as excellent.
