Day trip to Lapland

Has anyone done the day trip option to visit Santa in Lapland. We will have a six year old. Weighing it up against going to Lapland uk.
Just wondered if anyone else had been and what was it like doing it in one day?

At 6 I would do lapland uk (it is so good) and then next year or year after real lapland. Try and keep the magic going that bit longer.

I did the day trip with my daughter in December age 7. It was incredible. Once in a life time trip for us and something we will always remember. We did so much in one day and it didn’t feel rushed. So pleased we went!

The flight was smooth and packed with so many fun activities for the children. Christmas carols, pass the parcel, Christmas bingo hosted by elves. I wanted to do it for a few years and felt if I didn’t do it last December I probably wouldn’t book. It was magical and so worth the money.

I got an incredible Black Friday offer last year - a 2 night stay for roughly the price of the day trip in December, through Santa Claus Trips. We stayed in Saariselka and had a fantastic time.

I thought it would be a once in a lifetime trip but we loved it so much I’m constantly on the look out for another bargain. Hoping for another Black Friday deal!

Canterbury Travels always get rave reviews online but I haven’t used them myself.
