Did you get a vaccination for Egypt?

If you've been on holiday to Egypt recently did you get any vaccinations before you went?

I've been trying to find out if we need any and the advice seems to be that's it's only necessary for longer trips.

We are going for 10 days to Luxor and Hurghurda...

I can't understand why longer trips are different to 10 days ?

I've never had specific vaccines for Egypt, last visit was 2023.
The travel specialist nurse at my GP just checks that tetanus, Hep A, etc are up to date.
