Summer holiday with DC with large age gap

We have 3 DC, youngest is 7, eldest almost 18 and we're looking for a summer holiday to suit all of us.

Last couple of years we've gone to Europe all inclusive for about 10 days, staying in resorts that have facilities to suit all three of them.

We're all a bit bored of AI so looking for something else. I've listed below what we'd like.

Can anyone suggest anything suitable please?

*Pools (ideally with waterslides for young DC and older)
*Sunshine
*Ideally near sea
*Near a town- walkable- elder DC likes to explore and some independence without us

Budget max 8K . Doesn't have to be the same place for 2 weeks-happy to move.

Thank you 😊

La Carabasse in Vias Plage. Beach, shops and restaurants within 10 mins in one direction and Luna Park and a fab mini golf less than 10 mins in the other. Possible to hire bikes and cycle along the canal du Midi, or rent a boat for the afternoon. We've been a couple of times and the teenagers (lots of English ones) tended to congregate in one of the bars of an evening - karaoke and games nights etc. The town of Vias is inland a bit and takes maybe 20 mins to walk to?

Somewhere on the Cote d'Azur between St Raphael and Ventimiglia? There's a railway all along the coast with loads of stops- ideal for the teen to hop on/ hop off. And it's very beautiful (and a bit crowded and pricey 😬. You might be able to find a quieter corner though). Or near Marseille- right outside the city is the Calanques National Park, which stunning. The city is easily reachable by train from places like Cassis.

Salou. You can stay in the town with plenty to do or you can stay in one of the themed hotels within Port Adventura. The actual theme park is fantastic for all ages with the rides and shows and you get access to the water park next door.
Even if you stay in town it's easy to get to and from the park

Not near the sea but have a look at Alpine Elements. The included activities are great
