Is nearly 4 hours enough connection time at heathrow?

I have no idea where this topic really belongs, but anyway.... I'm flying into heathrow from sweden with SAS, then taking a connecting flight with BMI up to newcastle. I can't check my luggage in all the way through (as different airlines) so I'd have to clear passport control, collect my luggage at T3 at heathrow, then schlep over to T1, check in with BMI and go through security. All with a baybeh in tow (a wriggly and mobile 12 monther). Do you reckon 3hrs 50mins is enough fannying on time?

Christ yes.Even Heathrow shouldn't manage to fuck that one up.

Thanks Moondog - I am now reassured! Although presumably if T5 was involved I'd have to factor in a two week sleepover on the floor of the terminal.

yes you could fit in a trip to legoland with T5 involved!

plenty of time one would hope.
