Lake Maggiore hotel with a pool

Hi, I am looking for a not too expensive family break in Italy at the end of the summer. We would fly to and from Milan, hire a car and spend a few nights with my brother in Piedmont but he doesn't have a pool so thought it would be nice to have 2-3 nights at the end somewhere like Stresa where we could have a trip out on the lake and visit the islands but also let my DD10 have some swim time which is what she enjoys most on holiday.
Can anyone recommend anywhere? Budget 100-200£/night for a family of 3 (my research tells me one can spend a lot more!) Or if there's somewhere anywhere in between Milan, Turin and Genoa, pool being a must! Thanks.

Not sure if in budget - but Hotel La Palma is amazing! It has a small rooftop pool and a bigger one on the lake front. We certainly had dd in our room on one trip, and on another she had an adjoining room. https://www.hlapalma.it/en/ The Sky Bar has marvellous views. 5 - 10 min walk to the boat docks and town centre - the ferries are much cheaper than the private boats to visit the islands, and other side of the lake. Also Parc Pallavicino is a short stroll - lovely gardens and petting zoo etc. Lots of very nice and reasonable places to eat.
