Family trip - suggestions!

We will receive some inheritance soon and I want to do something memorable with some of it. I’d love suggestions of an amazing holiday to take my family on - 3 kids who next year will be 9, 7 and 5 so seems a good time to do it. Budget maybe £10-£15k for 10 days?
So it’s not loads - but o wondered if it would be enough for a fun, safe, comfortable trip in Asia somewhere? Or New Zealand but I imagine our budget would go on flights…! So open to any suggestions!

im lucky that I get to travel to africa a lot with work so hoping to take kids gradually over time there with me through work.

What time of year? What do you and your family class as fun?

New Zealand is amazing, but 10 days is not long enough, given the 24 hour journey time.

I’d imagine a lot of Asia would be possible on that budget. Japan, Taiwan or South Korea would definitely be possible in that budget for 10 days.

Totally flexible on time of year, it’s all pipe dreams at the moment but would have to include at least some school holidays (although happy to add on a few days non authorised!)
so I guess Feb, Easter, July/Aug, Oct or Xmas.

South Korea sounds interesting I am going to research that more thanks
